Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Workflow

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ECR is not in Complete status, and user receives Auto-promotion failure email when MCO is moving to Release. But there is no Auto-promotion enabled in ECR's workflow.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When ECR is Released, PX will release MCO, then ECR will be to Complete finally.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Workflow PX to release MCO: MCO01, MCO02, MCO03
2. Configured this PX to ECR workflow at Release status
3. Create a new ECR ECR001 and three MCOs: MCO01, MCO02, MCO03
4. Setup Relationship rule with:
When MCO01 is released, change ECR001 to Complete
When MCO02 is released, change ECR001 to Complete
When MCO03 is released, change ECR001 to Complete
5. User move ECR001 to Release
6. ECR001 is moved to Complete status. But in History tab, there is one row:
Status Next Status Action Details:
-----------------------------------------------
Release Complete Fail Autopromote Autopromotion failed.
