Symptoms

After entering the necessary information in the Oracle Life Sciences Argus Analytics installer, the process hangs.  In the installation log we find the following errors:

INFO: OUI-10185:Unable to copy 'C:/Installation_Sources/811Final/Analytics811Final/811 Analytics/stage/prereq/prerequisite.properties' to 'D:\Analytics/inventory/prereqs/prerequisite.properties'. OUI-10186:The source file 'C:/Installation_Sources/811Final/Analytics811Final/811 Analytics/stage/prereq/prerequisite.properties' does not exist.
