Goal
Not able to create multiple PO with one allocation.
Steps to recreate the issue:
1. Create a What If by allocating 2 items (I1 and I2) to store S1
2. Calculate the Allocation
3. Go to the What If Summary and select just I1 and create a PO (PO10).
4. Now user is not able to create one more PO for I2 using the same What If allocation
