DIMP File Processed in BO but Unable to View or Look up Items from Front End (Doc ID 2316312.1)

In Back Office (BO) application, if the Data Import (DIMP) had price for an item with scale of 4 and DIMP was successful, user is unable to view item details from front end. When the user tries to Search/ Look up an item, following error message is shown:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Import the Item DIMP jar.
  2. Observe Item data loaded successfully into Item tables (AS_ITM, AS_ITM_I8 and AS_ITM_STK) in data base.
  3. Login to BO and search one of Item with Item ID.
