Unable to Reorder Columns

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the Product screen in the Product Service Definitions area, columns cannot be reordered as in previous versions (18.104.22.168.3 and back). The columns cannot be reordered by dragging or by using the "View" button.
When a column is dragged, message appears that columns are reordering, "Reordering. Please wait...", but the result is the column order is not changed.
