E911_EXTRACT Table Is Not Making Entry For PORT OUT Telephone Numbers Available On Change PSR

Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

E911_EXTRACT table is not making entry for PORT OUT Telephone Numbers available on Change PSR

While creating a change order(PSR), we are updating the Telephone Number type to PORT OUT & creating the change service order. However in this process the the respective Telephone Number is not reflecting/inserted into E911_EXTRACT table with the latest order number.

Steps:
1.Create a PSR order for porting out a TN.
2.Add a prov plan with E911 task and send the task to system queue.
3.When the E911 task is complete it does not create a row for NPOUT number in

E911 records, it just marks the disconnected TN as Delete. But when we do
the
same via manual E911 task it creates a row for NPOUT number.
