How to Solve "A connection to the server has failed. (status =500)" Error While Promoting Article From AnswerFlow Editor? (Doc ID 2316823.1)

On : 8.6 version, AnswerFlow

While trying to promote AnswerFlow articles from Answerflow Editor to Information Manager, it is failing with the error

A connection to the server has failed. (status =500)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to AnswerFlow Editor.
2. Select Promote tab.
3. Click the Promote or Repromote button under Promotions section.
4. The issue appears "A connection to the server has failed. (status =500)".
