Unable to View an Order in CSC

Applies to:Oracle Commerce Service Center - Version 11.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
A particular order cannot be viewed in CSC with the following NullPointerException.
1. Log into CSC
2. Open New > Search for Order
3. Type order number in 'Order #"' field
4. Press 'Search' button. Search result shows up with the order.
5. Click on the order. --> The error occurs.
