Upgrade From 8.1 To 8.1.1 Does Not Get Past "DLP Tablespaces" Process (Doc ID 2317407.1)

Upgrade from 8.1 to 8.1.1

DLP was not implemented in 8.1 environment
As such DLP credentials are not available.

The Database Installer Process is hanging at the "DLP Tablespaces" process

No information in the DBInstaller log files

Steps to Repeat:
Used the Schema Creation Tool to perform the Upgrade DB process
The Database Installer screen comes up

Entered Database Setup information (Host, Port, DB Name, DBA User and DAB Password)
Next Step button
The Database Setup for Credentials screen came up and everything was grayed out except for DLP Credentials

Installation will not proceed unless a value is entered for "Credentials for DLP"
Enter generic information since don't have these credentials
Next button
Argus Tablespaces completes
Interchange Tablespaces completes
DLP Tablespaces never completes
The Complete Datafile Path column is blank
The Next button is grayed out

Nothing in the DBInstaller log file.
