"Read Only Behavior " Behaves Inconsistently When Added To A Structure (Doc ID 2317475.1)

Goal

"Read only behavior" behaves inconsistently when added to a structure.  When read only behavior is added to a structure, the option to select "Select to delete" appears in some of the tasks but not for others. Also, if the structure is defined 0 to unbounded,  the select to  delete option does not always appear.

What is the reason for this behavior?
