Px Can Not Work And Show "Insufficient Privilege" (Doc ID 2317827.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version, Process Extension

When attempting to run Workflow state trigger,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Insufficient privilege"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a common PX with below code:

 

2. Deploy to Agile integration and create a workflow based PX (In Java Client >> PX >> Initial From, only select "Workflow State")

3. Create a new Change Order and trigger the PX

4. Find error in Change Order's History tab: "Insufficient privilege"

5. Check error in server log: "[Ljava.lang.StackTraceElement;@6ecd3f6]"

6. Now modify PX's Initial From, select both "Workflow State" and "Actions Menu"

7. Modify Change Order's workflow to trigger PX, find it succeeds.
