Symptoms
When creating a Manual Interval IMD via the Create/Override Measurement Function on the Interval MC 360 View page, if the start time of the IMD is mid-interval, then the first interval is not being created.
Steps to Recreate
- Create an interval MC.
- Navigate to 360 view of MC.
- Create an IMD using the Create/Override Measurement Function. Make sure that the Time portion of the Start Date/Time is NOT a multiple of SPI.
Expected result: The Time portion should be rounded down to the previous multiple of SPI value.
Actual result: The Time portion was rounded up to the next multiple of SPI value.
