Goal

During the 8.1 to 8.1.1 upgrade get the following message:

SEVERE 10/13/17 7:10 PM: liquibase: changelogs/changelog.xml: changelogs/81_811/packages/package_bodies_bip.xml::1::safety-upgrade: Change Set changelogs/81_811/packages/package_bodies_bip.xml::1::safety-upgrade failed. Error: liquibase.exception.CustomChangeException: 'loadjava' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.
