Getting the following error when deleting mail while sub-folders are present in the Trash folder:
"NO [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist"
Received multiple reports from users claiming that they could not delete emails anymore from Convergence, getting the "TRY CREATE Mailbox doesn't exist" error appearing on their screen.
Investigation showed so far:
- All reported users have mailboxes in Mailstores running Messaging Server 8.
- All cases had folders in the Trash.
- Once all folders were removed from the Trash folder, they could now delete emails normally.
EX: We could work around it by manually deleting the subfolders then run a 'reconstruct -r -f' on the mailbox.
Recently migrated mailboxes from Messaging Server (MS) 188.8.131.52.0 to MS 184.108.40.206.0
