Following message appears when trying to open tickets data downloaded through RMS Data Loading template using Microsoft Excel:

We found a problem with some content in 'Tickets - <date>.ods'. Do you want us to try and recover as much as we can. If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Download tickets data (Foundation->Data Loading->Template Type ‘Foundation’, template 'Ticket').
  2. Open the downloaded file using MS Excel.
  3. Note the above message.
  4. On Ticket_items tab, note that the Attributes column does not display the list of values drop down.

This issue does not happen if the downloaded file is opened using Oracle Open Office.

Same issue is observed with other other templates like Item Induction.

What is the reason of this issue?
