C2M - For Multi SP Premise, Dashboard Context For SP Is Not Changing According To SP Query (Doc ID 2318398.1)

Last updated on MAY 31, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.6.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

**Any examples provided in this article do not represent real life personal/confidential information**
**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:

MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
SP - Service Point

** For Customer To Meter 2.6.0.0.0 only **

When a Premise has multiple Service Points and when one SP is queried from the Main menu, that SP stays forever in the Dashboard Current Context zone even when a different SP for the same Premise is queried from the Main menu or Premise context menu.

Steps to replicate:

- Add a new premise
- Add two active SPs using the premise (A and B).
- Assume: ID of MDM SP A < ID of MDM SP B
- Load MDM SP A.
- Notice that in the current context dashboard zone, MDM SP A is loaded.
- Load MDM SP B.
- Notice that in the current context dashboard zone, MDM SP A is still loaded. This is incorrect - MDM SP B should be in the context.
