Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to upgrade the P6 database from R16.2.10 to R17.7 (for example) using the dbsetup.bat utility, the following error occurs:
ValueNotFound: com.primavera.database.common.job.ValueNotFound: There is no value defined to substitute for version
(There is no value defined to substitute for version)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the dbsetup.bat utility through the installation media pack R17.7
2. Enter the database information, select the correct schema users.
3. Observe error after selecting the pxrptuser schema user and clicking Next.
