Switching and Safety Search Buttons do not Work for Switching Request Users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
With switching sheets and safety documents in the system, log into NMS as a Switching Request user. Bring up the Search Switching or Search Safety dialog window. Enter in a valid number for a switching sheet or safety document and select the Search button.
The switching sheet or safety document comes up in the search results list.
A dialog comes up indicating that no results were found. If you select the Enter key in the search field, then the results list is populated.
