Timesheets In Open Status But Should Show As Approved, All Line Items are Approved in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms

Timesheets in Open Status, however, all line items are showing a status of Approved.

Verify the Issue


1. Timesheet user submits timesheet
2. Timesheet approver(s) Approves Timesheet line items
    After all line items have been approved the timesheet its status updates from "Submitted" to "Approved"
3. Timesheet user or Approver, Navigates back to the timesheet
     For the Timesheet Owner:  In the View Timesheet Details page the Timesheet user selects the Re-Open button and immediately the Re-Open & Save
     Result: the Approved timesheet status updates = Open, and all of the timesheet line items Status still = Approved
     For the Timesheet Approver:  In the View Timesheet Details page the Timesheet user selects the Re-Open button, the timesheet reopens, and the Timesheet list appears
     Result: the Approved timesheet status updates = Open, and all of the timesheet line items Status still = Approved
