Can't Open Or Terminate A Specific Record In A Project/Shell

Symptoms

Can't open or Terminate a specific record in a project/shell.


ERROR
-----------------------
When trying to open the record, receive an error message, "The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

If we try to Terminate the record, get the following error, "Process ID not found".




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace and try to open the impacted record.
  3. It pops up error "The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."
  4. Terminate the record, get the following error, "Process ID not found".
