Unable To Open Or Terminate A Specific Business Process Record In A Project/Shell (Doc ID 2319486.1)

When attempting to open a particular BP Record in a Project Shell, the following errors are displayed:

When attempting to open the record:
"The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

When attempting to terminate the record:
"Process ID not found".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace and try to open the impacted record.
  3. Observe the generic system error.
  4. Attempt to terminate the record and observe the error.
