Import To Dynamic List Item Part Fails With Enumeration Violation For Multilist Attribute While Validating Source

Error

While performing Enumeration validation for
'xxx', the following message was received: Enumeration violation:
value 'xxxxxxxxxx-00' not
found in the list of legal values for this attribute.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Click on Tools > Import > Select Import File
3. Import Item only
4. Click on Validate Button
