When Attempting to Start Web Workspace, the Oracle Development Tool Appears Instead (Doc ID 2319783.1)

Symptoms

The Oracle Development Tool gets launched instead of Web Workspace after clicking the "Web Workspace" link.

 



When attempting to launch NMS from the browser, an Oracle Development Tool appears instead of NMS.  Attempting to close the tool (X button in top right) does not work either.

It is expected that the NMS application should appear.


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1.  From the browser, enter the URL that brings up the NMS Launch screen
2.  Select Web Workspace
3.  After a minute, a window with the title "Oracle Development Tool" will appear.
