Why Is the Unifier Log Level Reset to INFO Level Logging When the Server Is Restarted?

After setting the Unifier log level to WARN then restarting the Unifier server(s), the log level is set back to INFO level logging.

Why is the Unifier log level reset to INFO level logging when the server is restarted?
