AS 8.1.1 Has DLP Schema Owner And DLP Interchange Query User As Mandatory In Database Installer (Doc ID 2320062.1)

Goal

While upgrading Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety 8.1 database.

On the first screen of the Create/Upgrade DB option from the schema creation tool all the fields are Pre-filled.

HOWEVER the fields for DLP schema Owner and DLP Interchange Query User are enterable and are currently mandatory.

Not all customers have or want DLP enabled for database, but they cannot continue with the upgrade without entering these fields.

Please advise how we can proceed without enabling DLP?
