How to Change Nsuniqueid For a User?

Goal

If one user is deleted by mistake, or needs to be recreated it will have a new different nsUniqueid, and in this way, user will loose access to his old calendar entries.

The goal is to change the nsUniqueid to be the old one, for user to have access to his old calendar entries.
