Actual Behavior

When updating Item Description field of released item on pending ECO through MCAD connector, modify action is not recorded in Item History tab

Expected Behavior

When updating Item Description field of released item on pending ECO through MCAD connector, modify action to be recorded in Item History tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open mapping editor from Solidworks
2. Map Solidworks attribute to item description field
3. Update the value of this field in the property
4. Run Tool > Agile > Save Preview
5. Save to Agile
6. From Web Client, open the created design, and open item from Relationship tab
7. See the item description is updated as configured
8. Create ECO against the item, and release
9. Create another ECO against the item, and keep it at pending revision
10. From Solidworks, execute Save Preview
11. Checkout
12. Open the property, and update the value
13. Save to Agile
14. From Web Client, check the item. Can see below:
    See the modify action for Item Description field is not recorded in the Item History tab
