P6 Managed Servers Stop Working and Receive Http 500 Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2321179.1)

Weblogic admin server and managed servers show as running (deployments show as active), but are not accessible.

An attempt to access a managed server results in an http 500 - internal server error.

Servers were functioning after the installation (Sophos was disabled for the installation).  After server reboot (Sophos running), servers and deployments no longer function.

Error in Managed Server log:

<[ServletContext@2105972456[app:p6 module:/p6 path:null spec-version:3.0 version:]] Servlet failed with an Exception java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1
