Batch CIOMS report (section 25a) displays the report type as Initial for Followups (Doc ID 2321216.1)

Goal

The output of CIOMS 25a field shows Initial (checked) even thought the report is run for FUP case as below

While generating a Batch CIOMS report for Followups the CIOMS form displays the report type (section 25a) as Initial.

Below are the steps to replicate:
1.Go to Case Actions > Case Open
2.Click on Followup and select date range as any, select type as CIOMS-I.
3.Click on Batch > A Batch report with section 25a displaying Initial Appears.
