Symptoms
In any version of Unifier where the Change Commit is updating an Schedule of Values (SOV) Type of: Individual commit line items:
Expected Result: A Change Commit containing a line item with a negative value should be able to pass the Terminal status.
Actual Result: The following Alert is being thrown: Construction Change Order amount exceeds remaining Reference Commit Balance for WBS Code(s)...
