In Team Member - My Tasks the Error Appears "Error While Trying To Load Activities: Java.lang.NullPointerException" (Doc ID 2321295.1)

After logging into Team Member - My Tasks page certain users are getting the critical error "Error while trying to load activities: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Team Member P6WebAccess log file entry:

PM SEVERE: Failed to load tasks with filter -activeAndCompleted Error while trying to load activities: java.lang.NullPointerException

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Login to Team Member - My Tasks
  2. Receiving the error : Error while trying to load activities: java.lang.NullPointerException

Due to this issue users cannot see list of tasks in Team Member, and users are unable to perform any actions in Team Member because the page will not load.
