ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Go To Customer Contact > Add Context Menu not working as expected
The context id values of Account, Person, and premise doesn't seem to get passed to the customer contact page consistently. There are some cases where all fields are auto populated on the Customer contact page and some cases that some fields are not. The Go To Customer Contact > Add menu also needs to be done twice when access from the Account Context menu.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The context id values of Account, Person, and premise need to get passed to the customer contact page consistently
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a Premise record on the Premise page. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Premise Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add
2. Person and Account ID fields were not auto-populated
3. Go to the Account page. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Account Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add.
4. Nothing happens. You need to click on the Go To Customer Contact > Add menu again. Person, Account, and Premise fields were not auto populated.
5. Go to the Person page. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Person Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add.
6. Account and Premise fields are not auto populated
7. Clear the customer contact page. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Account Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add again.
8. All Person, Account, and Premise ID fields are blank.
9. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Person Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add.
10. Person ID field is populated.
11. On the Current Context zone on the Dashboard, click on the Premise Context Menu, Go To Customer Contact > Add. This time, all fields are populated including the Account ID.
