Error Adding Crew to Switch Plan: JMSException: Destination JMS-SERVER-NMS-PRIMARY!JMS-SERVER-NMS-PRIMARY (Doc ID 2321681.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Network Management for Utilities - DMS - Version to [Release 1.12 to 2.3]
Oracle Utilities Network Management System - Version to [Release 1.12 to 2.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

NMS became unresponsive when adding a crew to a switch plan. The user had to log out and log back in to recover.

Note that this exception without any other problems happens normally, as it just means that there was a network issue, or a client went to sleep or otherwise disconnected from the network. The system automatically corrects for those issues.
