After Upgrade of Endeca, Error Message About Adobe Flash in CAS Console

After upgrade to Endeca 11.3, accessing CAS Data Source gave this following error message:

You have tried to install new Adobe Flash Player, used different browsers, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari, all gave the same error message.


 This is after a reinstall, new install, or an upgrade.
