After Patch 26076186 Installation Error PIN_ERR_BAD_ARG was Received when Calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_DISCOUNTINFO

On Oracle Communication Billing and Revenue Management version 7.5.0 PatchSet 16 + <Patch 26076186>, Upgrade
After <Patch 26076186> installation error PIN_ERR_BAD_ARG was received when calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_DISCOUNTINFO.
Before installing <patch 26076186> the PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_DISCOUNTINFO returned no errors.
Customers should be able to terminate offers.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On an existing customer with several purchased offers, set the end date on one of its offers.
2. Customer Billing day of the month (BDOM): 24
3. Set end date of one offer to 24.6.2017.
Issue has a monetary impact on customers due to the fact that offers cannot be terminated.
