Customer Details Not Displayed From ECE Cache

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Whenever an account is created, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) cache is not displaying the account details rather throwing an error while attempting to read.
Problem is not with synchronization of accounts to ECE, but more of reading/querying details from the ECE cache.
