Removing Duplicate Code List Values within Argus After Upgrade (Doc ID 2322061.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 8.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 8.1

You recently upgraded to Argus to 8.1. You observe that there are duplicate code list values present in some codelists e.g. OCCUPATIONS.

One of which was manually configured prior to the upgrade and one coming from the Out of the Box (OOB) data as part of the upgrade.

You need to know how to remove the duplicate values from the code list as it is not clear which one is used in the case and which can be removed via the front end.

So consider the following example where there are duplicates in the OCCUPATIONS codelist:

"18 - Nurse"
and
"100005 - Nurse"

The latter value with occupation_id 100005 was added manually, the second with the occupation_id 18 was shipped with Argus OOB and populated during upgrade.
