SIM MAF : Confirming a Saved Transfer Shipment Container with Additional Items Fails (Doc ID 2322075.1)

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) Mobile Application Framework (MAF), when the user is trying to confirm a saved transfer shipment container by adding additional items after initial save, the following error is received "access denied: transfer.access".

In sim.log the following error is seen.

Steps to Recreate :

1. Make sure the user/role doesn't have any permission under Transfers.
2. Go to SIM MAF -> shipping/Receiving -> transfer shipment -> create container -> add couple of items.
3. Save this container and shipment.
4. Log out and log in back.
5. Go to the same transfer shipment container that was saved previously and add couple more items.
6. Click confirm.

Notice that that the following error is received "access denied : transfer.access".
