Cannot Access The General Comments Section In Any Business Process Record: Generic System Error ~ Unifier

Symptoms

Cannot access the "General Comments" link in any Business Process record. When this is attempted the Generic System Error noted below is displayed.


ERROR

"Unifier Notification The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into a Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to a Project/Shell > BP Node > Open a Business Process Record that contains General Comments.
  3. Click on "General Comments" at the bottom of the BP record window.
  4. User receives the Generic System Error noted above.
