Data Intake - CreatePolicy AR is not writing to AsSegmentField OptionText when Type=SQL

Data Intake - CreatePolicy AR is not writing to AsSegmentField OptionText when Type=SQL. When using Data Intake and we are creating a policy the CreatePolicy attached rule does not write to the OptionTextFlag or OptionText columns in AsSegmentfield when the type=SQL. If TYPE=FIXED it works as expected. We are using


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Using an AFA database provided in other SR's run the attached DI file on a valid Group Customer (You will need to modify the file to use an applicable GC)
2) After DI has been executed go to the database and run a query on the AsSegmnetField table where FieldName = 'TermPeriod'. The TextValue will have a value of 02 but the OptiontextFlag and OptiontextValue are null when they should be 1 and 20, in this particular test case

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use data intake.
