Unable to Open Standard Reports After Upgrade

Symptoms

Unable to open standard reports folder with below error in application server log:

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Goto Global reports --> Standard Reports and click on it
