'Session Timeout' / 'Disconnect' errors in RDC Onsite after implementing a new A10 Load Balancer. (Doc ID 2322643.1)

Symptoms

A10 Load Balancer has recently been introduced and since doing so RDC Site Users are disconnected after 10-15 minutes / below errors appear :

RDC surround :

Because of inactivity, your session has timed out and is no longer active. Click OK to reload the page

Data Entry Window :

Error
The data entry window entered an unexpected error and will shut down. If the reason recurs, please report the following information for diagnostic purposes:
Log code xxx, User not logged in.

OpaServer1-diagnostic.log contains many entries like the below :
