SNR Not Getting Generated (Doc ID 2322734.1)

Symptoms

When policy counter are credited in session, SNR’s ( Subscribe Notification Request) are not getting generated.

 1)we are using conditional rum to grant daily 3GB.
 2)As soon as 3GB are granted ,we are expecting SNR is getting generated.

Business impact:
It is revenue loss to client as the customers are enjoying the same speed without any restriction if SNR is not being generated.
