Dispatch Priority not Updating from A Code to Blank When The Power On Clue is Used

Symptoms

Dispatch Priority not updating from a Code to Blank when the Power On clue is used

If entering a call with Power On, the dispatch priority column is blank and the Clue is not ON, but if editing the Trouble Code and change it from any Trouble Code to Power On, the dispatch priority is not being updated.

Steps to recreate the issue:
1) Select an event from the workAgenda where the PR column is not blank
2) Start TroubleInfo
3) Right click the event and select Edit Clues
4) Change the clue to power On
5) The event updates in the WorkAgenda with the correct CLUE, but the PR(dispatch priority) field is not getting updated
