Administration Configuration Propagation (ACP) Not Able to Migrate Global Searches and Views (Doc ID 2322744.1)

Symptoms

ACP not able to migrate Global Searches and Views with below error

 

Error

Unable to update the "<Global Search Name>" Search object.



Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Global Search "X" in the source system and
2. Create a view "Y"
3. Export using ACP with appropriate tags in config.xml for both Searches and Views
4. Export is successful for the Searches but Views have error captured
