Issue With Connectivity Between FMW-BRM Causing Order Failure

The user used to have one CM, and now has created more CMs like CM_online, CM_Batch, etc. After deployment, all are fine, but after 6-7 hours, the user have experienced an issue where SOA server was going into warning state.
CM child was going upto 400+ (in compare to normal which is 250-300), and after that FMW was not able to make any new connections and orders are getting queued up at SOA, which caused SOA server to go in warning state. It was getting resolved with JCA target/untarget, but again the same issue is seen after 1 hour.
