Inline Jumper Conductor Coloring is Incorrect

The conductors for a jumper behave as if they are on the wrong side of the switch.
Inline jumpers conductor coloring is not correct.  When a jumper is open, the upstream conductor is deenergized but the downstream conductor is energized.

The same behavior when the jumper is in a grounded area of the model.
