Oldest Bill View Redirected to Bill In Progress View (Doc ID 2322930.1)

On : version + Patch 26168286 + Patch 26498804, Customer Care

When the user trying to view the oldest bill for a customer having more than 12 bills, it showed "Bill In Progress" bill instead of the actual bill.

The Bill view got redirected to Bill In Progress view

It is expected to show bill details.

1) Open an account having more than 12 bills created in the system
2) Try to open oldest bill from the Transactions page (in Home Page)
3) Instead of showing actual bill details, it shows "Bill in Progress" Details
