Important Notes:
Framework is allowing us to create and complete a bill (with generated Bill Routing, with no bill segment) via online or batch billing for Inactive Account that has Closed Electric SA and Active Excess Credit SA...
that is causing a Null Pointer downstream in POSTROUT Batch.
ERROR

POSTROUT Batch is throwing a Null Pointer Exception pointing to “BillExtractXMLFileAlgComp_Impl.java line 235” either using an OOTB Bill Print or Custom Bill Print’s Post Processing Script.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Account with Closed Electric Service Agreement that receives a payment afterwards creating an Active Excess Credit Service Agreement.
2. Bill the account
3. Run the POSTROUT
