Symptoms

Description

When a table (or entire DB) is restored from a backup, the process stops working for all tables.  
Requesting the Oracle Data Store application automatically starts/stops Golden Gate and other related process when necessary, or provide a way for the ODS Admin to start/stop on demand.

This also could be applicable when the upgrade utility is run an tables are changed.
