Bill Print Extract - Duplicate Adjustments For Bills With Bill Segments With The Same SA (Doc ID 2323422.1)

Symptoms

 

A bill may have 2 bill segments of the same SA Id. The SA has 2 adjustments linked to it. 

The issue is when the bill is extracted, the adjustments appear for each bill segment making it look like a duplicate.

Printing letters using the extracted values results in doubling the adjustment amounts because it appears twice in the extract.
